Top with soda water
Pour all the ingredients into a highball. Fill with ice and top up with soda water.

Garnish with fresh date
Build cocktail in a highball glass with fresh ice and garnish with a rich date

1 shot of espresso
100ml| 3 oz ml Tonic water
Pour Fluère anatolia and tonic over cubed ice. Finish with a float of espresso.
