FLUÈRE BASIL SMASH
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Botanical
25 ml | 2/3 oz Lime Juice
15 ml | ½ oz Simple syrup
Muddle fresh basil with the fresh lemon juice in a shaker. Add simple syrup and shake. Double strain in a tumbler and add Fluère.
FLUÈRE RASPBERRY COLLINS
60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Raspberry
20 ml | 2/3 oz Simple Syrup
30ml | 1 oz lemon juice
Top with soda water
Pour all the ingredients into a highball. Fill with ice and top up with soda water.
Garnish with raspberries.

60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Raspberry
20 ml | 2/3 oz Lime Juice
10 ml | 1/3 oz hibiscus syrup
20 ml | 2/3 oz Bols Raspberry Liquor
Top with soda water
Pour all the ingredients into a highball. Fill with ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
FLUÈRE MULE
60ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Spiced cane
15 ml | ½ oz Lime Juice
120 ml | 4 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish with a lime wedge.
FLUÈRE PALOMA
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Smoked Agave
15 ml | ½ oz Lime Juice
Topped with Grapefruit Soda
Garnish with a Grapefruit zest.

Garnish with a lime wheel
FLUÈRE SPICED MARGARITA (6,5 % ABV | 0.7 units of alcohol)
60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Smoked Agave
20 ml |2/3 oz Lime juice
20 ml | 2/3 Bols Triple Sec
10 ml | 1/3 oz spicy syrup OR 20 ml | 2/3 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur
Garnish with a lime wheel.
FLUÈRE SPRITZ (7,8% ABV | 1.4 units of alcohol)
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Bitter
30 ml | 1 oz Soda Water
100 ml | 3 oz Prosecco
Garnish with an orange slice
FLUÈRE BITTER SODA
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Bitter
100 ml | 3 oz Soda water
Garnish with an orange slice.
ANATOLIA ESPRESSO & TONIC
50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Anatolia Blend
1 shot of espresso
100ml| 3 oz ml Tonic water
Pour Fluère anatolia and tonic over cubed ice. Finish with a float of espresso.
