50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Bitter

100 ml | 3 oz tonic


Garnish with an orange slice.

20ml | 2/3 oz FLUÈRE Bitter

15ml | ½ oz fresh lime juice

Egg white (or replacement)

Dash sugar syrup

60ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

15 ml | ½ oz Lime Juice

120 ml | 4 oz Ginger Beer


Garnish with a lime wedge.

FLUÈRE CHOCONUT


40 ml | 1 1/3 oz FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

50 ml | 1 ¾ oz coconutmilk

40 ml | 1 1/3 oz Cream

Double espresso

5 ml | 1/6 oz Chocolate Syrup

Pour ingredients over crushed ice and churn

FLUÈRE ICED COFFEE


50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

Double espresso

60 ml | 2 oz sweetened cream

Pour over ice cubes and stir

FLUÈRE DUBAI COFFEE


50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

Double espresso

50 ml | 1 ¾ oz sweetened whipped cream

Add Fluere spiced cane and double espresso to a milk can. Warm up, don’t let it boil.

Pour into glass and pour whipped cream on top. Garnish with cacao powder and cinnamon stick.

FLUÈRE DAIQUIRI


60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

20 ml | 2/3 oz Lime juice

10 ml | 1/3 oz sugar syrup


(replace sugar syrup with 15 ml | ½ oz Bols liqueur to get a flavored daiquiri e.g strawberry/raspberry/mango etc)

FLUÈRE CUBAN


60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Spiced cane

150 ml | 5 oz Cola


Build cocktail in a highball glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

FLUÈRE ESPRESSO MARTINI


50 ml | 1 ¾ FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

40 ml | 1 1/3 espresso

15 ml | ½ oz vanilla syrup

FLUÈRE PROTEIN SHOT


100 ml |3.4 oz FLUÈRE Spiced Cane

100 ml |3.4 oz oat milk

1 ripe banana

10 gr powdered chocolate

35 gr oats

1 bar spoon peanut butter

1 pinch of salt


Recipe for 250ml | 8.45 oz

Put all the ingredients in a blender, top up with crushed ice and blend firmly, pour into a Highball and garnish with turmeric.

50 ml FLUÈRE Raspberry

100 ml Soda Water

Garnish with a raspberry

FLUÈRE RASPBERRY COLLINS


60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Raspberry

20 ml | 2/3 oz Simple Syrup

30ml | 1 oz lemon juice

Top with soda water


Pour all the ingredients into a highball. Fill with ice and top up with soda water.

Garnish with raspberries.

FLUÈRE RASPBERRY MOJITO


60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Raspberry

10 ml | 1/3 oz Lime juice

15 ml | ½ oz Simple syrup

8 mint leaves

Top up with soda water

FLUÈRE & TONIC


60ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Botanical

150ml | 5 oz Tonic water


Fill a couple full with ice, pour and garnish with a sprig of rosemary

FLUÈRE BASIL SMASH


50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Botanical

25 ml | 2/3 oz Lime Juice

15 ml | ½ oz Simple syrup


Muddle fresh basil with the fresh lemon juice in a shaker. Add simple syrup and shake. Double strain in a tumbler and add Fluère.

FLUÈRE GIMLET


60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Botanical

15 ml | ½ oz Lime juice

10 ml | 1/3 oz Simple syrup

Garnish with a maraschino cherry placed in the bottom of the glass.

FLUÈRE DETOX SHOT


100 ml |3.4 oz Fluère Botanical

50 ml | 1.5 oz oat milk

20 ml | 2/3 oz lemon juice

1 half apple

100 gr cucumber

2 kiwis

1 avocado


Recipe for 250ml | 8.45 oz

Put all the ingredients in a blender, top up with crushed ice and blend firmly, pour into a Highball and garnish with an apple slice.
